Quote2Project is designed for Exchange integration. Use the Quote2Project search function to uncover that initial inquiry buried deep in your inbox. |

| Job Creation |
| Got the business? Great! Convert that quote to a job using our “Quote to Job” Wizard. You can save an image of the actual contract, the client’s P.O. documents, or artwork files to our database for easy retrieval later. You may want to add specifics about vendors and vendor items. You can even enter a project due date that will change color over time, as the deadline approaches. |
| Job Updates |
| Add additional details to the job as they become available. You can add new vendors and items, modify job site details, create customized P.O. documents or track job progress. It’s all available to you. |
| Journaling and Exchange Integration |
| Throughout the project, communication with the client pertaining to a job can be tracked and categorized. When a job is created, a special public folder is created on your mail server to hold all emails pertaining to the job. Save your emails in that folder and you’ll be able to view them later from within our application. Create your own, personal journal entries that pertain just to this job. Color coded date grading features allow you to quickly spot upcoming deadlines while viewing your contacts and current projects. |

Windows Server 2003 or above and Windows XP operating system required.
Quote2Project can be successfully deployed on a Windows XP operating system with no server software, though certain memory requirements apply. Microsoft Exchange is required for email integration and Exchange interface features.
